Around the world the voice of multi-platinum selling recording artist VASSY can be heard in the biggest festivals, arenas and venues. The most iconic DJs in electronic music, Tiesto, David Guetta, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, fill the dance floors, with tracks written, performed and recorded by VASSY.
Conquering the DJ world with her authentic sound has lead to a No. 1 hit with David Guetta & Showtek on their track “BAD,” ultimately achieving 7 double platinum and gold certifications with over a billion streams. "BAD" earned VASSY her first IDMA Award for Best Featured Vocalist Performance. Her 2015 collaboration with Tiësto & Kshmr on their track "Secrets" proved to be another No. 1 dance smash in 20 counties, which also became double platinum, reigned atop the Billboard Club Charts and Beatport charts, and scored an IDMA Award for Best Electro Progressive/House track. VASSY joined forces again in 2016 with Tiësto who co-produced her standalone single “Nothing To Lose,” a high-energy dance-floor friendly masterpiece. Filled with uplifting original lyrics and momentous energy, the record very quickly vaulted into the Top 10 Billboard Dance/Mix Show Charts and peaked at No. 1 on U.S. Dance Radio and No. 1 in the Billboard Dance Club songs, within the first 3 months of its release. This year, the power duo came back with the emotive track "Faster Than A Bullet," appearing in Tiësto's album Clublife Vol. 5 - China. Preceded by the single "Faster Than A Bullet", VASSY's most anticipated collaboration with Afrojack "LOST" ft. Oliver Rosa just released on Armada Music.
In addition to her success in dance music, VASSY’s songs have been featured in commercials for Target, Nickelodeon, Sketchers, Victoria’s Secret, and Pepsi, as well as in the television shows Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy. The versatile artist has also ventured into indie-pop on her No. 1 Billboard Club song “We Are Young,” channeling a vivacious tone that will put you in high spirits. "We Are Young" was the official trailer song for Disney's Oscar-winning movie Frozen and Tina Fey's film Admission.
